The Compute Bill Changes Everything

In June 2026, Reflection reportedly agreed to pay SpaceXAI $150 million per month for access to advanced NVIDIA chips and infrastructure at the Colossus 2 data centre. Those reported payments imply a potential contract value of approximately $6.3 billion if the capacity is used for the full term through 2029. Nebius then added over $1 billion in additional compute capacity. Combined, Reflection has secured more than $7 billion in potential compute access.
